I was disappointed with my experience on this site. Despite being eager to play, I was blocked due to my location. The Geo-IP technology seems flawed, as it misidentified my position. Customer service is only available through email, making resolution tedious. It’s frustrating to deal with access restrictions without a clear explanation or assistance. Overall, I would not recommend this service.
