I was disappointed with my experience using this service. The promotions sounded enticing, but the reality was different. The supposed discounts are misleading, with numerous conditions that make it hard to benefit from them. Additionally, the website's navigation is confusing, making it a hassle to find information. Customer service was unhelpful when I had questions, and the overall pricing structure feels predatory after the introductory offers expire. I expected a better experience from such a well-known company.
