I was disappointed with MilanoCard. The promised benefits seemed attractive, but the execution was lacking. I found the public transport unreliable, and the guides were not as informative as expected. Furthermore, the website had several glitches, making the purchasing experience frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for a Milan trip.
