I had high hopes for DHgate, but my experience was disappointing. While they promise attractive discounts and a wide product range, the reality is different. Many items were either out of stock or had misleading descriptions. Delivery took longer than expected, and customer service was unhelpful when I attempted to resolve my issues. The platform's user experience feels cluttered, making it challenging to navigate. I won’t be shopping here again.
