I was disappointed with my experience at this hobby store. While they boast a wide selection of RC products and big sales, the customer service was lacking, and my order took much longer to arrive than expected. The promised Tower Cash rewards had confusing terms, making it feel more like a marketing gimmick than a real benefit. Additionally, the website felt cluttered, making it difficult to navigate. I expected better from a store with such a long history.
