The guidelines were too vague, leaving me unsure about the quality of my evidence submission. Even worse, I found the customer support unhelpful; my queries went unanswered for days. Ultimately, the decision seemed arbitrary and lacked transparency. If you value your time and want a smoother appeals process, I would recommend exploring other options instead of relying on POPLA.
