De geleverde service was teleurstellend. Het lijkt alsof het bedrijf minder aandacht heeft voor klantbehoeften dan voor regelgeving. De communicatie was slecht en de uitvoering van de afspraken viel tegen. Voor een bedrijf dat zich richt op duurzaamheid, blijft het rendement bedroevend laag. Zou niet aanbevelen.

Disappointed with Waste Management Leicester. The service was slow, and communication was poor. They seemed disorganized and unaware of best practices. I expected more professionalism for my business waste disposal needs.
