I was disappointed with my experience at T.C.O.Y. The selection felt limited and lacked originality. While I appreciated the concept, the execution fell flat. Communication with customer service was slow, and I didn't find their promotional offers as compelling as advertised. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations for self-care products.

I was excited to order from T.C.O.Y., but my experience fell flat. The selection seemed limited, and the items were overpriced for their quality. Customer service took ages to respond to my queries, leaving me frustrated. Additionally, the shipping process was slow, and my order arrived later than expected. It seemed more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine brand focused on self-care. I won’t be returning anytime soon and don’t recommend it to others.
