I recently ordered promotional products from Custom Promo Now and was disappointed with the experience. The quality of the items was subpar, and they didn’t match the descriptions. Communication with their support was frustrating, as I often received generic responses that didn’t address my concerns. While they promise free shipping, it took longer than expected to arrive, defeating the purpose of quick turnaround times for events. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them for serious business needs; there are better options out there.
