I recently visited Jiffy Lube and was disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed disorganized and the service took much longer than promised. While they offer many discounts, the wait time negates any savings. Additionally, the personalized recommendations felt generic and not tailored to my vehicle’s needs. Overall, I expected more from a company that claims to prioritize customer care. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
