I had high hopes for Watch Repairs USA, but my experience was disappointing. Although they boast about their expertise, my watch repairs took much longer than promised, and the communication was lacking. I felt ignored during the process, and when I finally received my watch, it still had issues. The craftsmanship didn’t live up to their claims of excellence, and I left feeling frustrated rather than satisfied. I won't be returning or recommending their services to anyone.
