Disappointing quality and poor customer service; won't shop here again.

I had high hopes for Navi Amsterdam's summer sale, but I was sorely disappointed. The selection felt limited, and the quality didn’t match the advertised prices. While they tout a money-back guarantee, getting a refund was a hassle. Customer service was unresponsive, making the entire experience frustrating. The size I ordered was off, adding to my frustration. I expected more given their claims, but I won’t be shopping here again.
