I had high hopes for Hallmark's card service, but it was disappointing. The selection felt standard and uninspired, and the customization options were limited. Plus, I encountered issues with delivery. Overall, it didn't provide the wow factor I expected.

I found the website to be overwhelming and cluttered with too many options. The layout is confusing, making it hard to navigate. While they offer a variety of cards and gifts, the quality didn't meet my expectations, and the pricing felt higher than necessary for what’s offered. Disappointing experience overall.
