I recently tried using Bank of America, and my experience was disappointing. Their mobile banking app was glitchy and didn’t work on my device, making transactions frustratingly difficult. I also found their customer service unhelpful when I needed assistance. With confusing policies and limited app accessibility, I expected better from such a large institution. I won't be returning.
