The promotions are misleading and the quality is underwhelming. I expected much better, especially with the hype around their Fall collection. Save your money and shop elsewhere for better options.

I was excited to shop PacSun's Fall 2024 collection, but was thoroughly disappointed. The quality of the jeans was subpar, feeling flimsy and poorly made. The shopping experience was cluttered, making it hard to find what I wanted. I took advantage of their "great deals," yet even with the discounts, the prices seemed unreasonably high for the quality offered. Additionally, despite their claims of sustainability, more transparency is needed regarding their actual practices. I can't recommend this store.
