I was disappointed with my experience at Reluxe Vintage. While the concept of sustainable jewelry is appealing, the execution left much to be desired. The items I received felt overpriced for their quality, and the uniqueness touted on their site didn’t shine through upon delivery. Moreover, the customer service was lacking; my inquiries went unanswered for days, which is frustrating for a brand that claims to be "friendly." Overall, I found the shopping experience underwhelming, and I’m unlikely to return or recommend it to others.
