I had high hopes for Photomaton, but I was disappointed. While their locations are convenient, the quality of the photos was subpar. The process felt rushed, and the kiosk was not user-friendly. I had trouble getting the right photo size for my official documents, causing a delay in my application. The staff were unhelpful and seemed overwhelmed. I expected more from a brand that's been around since 1936. Unfortunately, I won't be relying on their services in the future.
