I was disappointed with this shipping platform. The promised efficiency fell flat, with numerous integration issues causing delays. Despite the claims of simplicity, the user interface is clunky and not intuitive. Support was also lacking, leaving my inquiries unanswered for days. I expected more given the hype—other solutions out there may offer a better experience for e-commerce businesses.
