I had high hopes for VITAS Healthcare, but my experience was disappointing. Despite their claims of 24/7 support, I found it difficult to get timely responses. The staff seemed overwhelmed and often rushed during visits. While they promise quality care, it felt more like a conveyor belt process than personalized attention. Communication issues left us confused about care plans, which added unnecessary stress during a challenging time. Ultimately, I expected more compassion and professionalism for someone in such a vulnerable situation. I wouldn't recommend their services.
