I had high hopes for Fayebella, but my experience fell short. The selection is underwhelming, and the quality of the clothing did not match the prices. The return policy is overly complicated and unfair; you bear all costs for returns without any option for exchanges. After submitting my return, it took longer than expected to process the refund, leaving me frustrated. Communication with customer service was also disappointing, lacking the support I anticipated from a family-owned business. Overall, I won't be shopping here again.

I had a disappointing experience with this boutique. The return policy is overly complicated and burdensome, requiring forms and conditions that weren't clearly communicated. I found the quality of the items underwhelming, not matching the description or price. Additionally, the customer service wasn’t very helpful when I reached out. I won’t be shopping here again.
