I had high hopes for Bodycote, but my experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and communication with the staff was frustrating. I encountered unexpected costs and unclear processes. While they claim to offer reliable solutions, my results were underwhelming, and I felt my project was just another number in their system. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them.

I had high hopes for Bodycote's heat treatment services but was left disappointed. Their communication was poor, and the timelines were not met, causing delays in our production. Additionally, the quality of the treatment did not match the promised standards, leading to issues with our components. Overall, a frustrating experience that didn't live up to their claims.
