I sought help for a complicated calculus problem and was promised quick, step-by-step assistance. After waiting longer than the advertised 48 hours, I received a generic response that didn’t address my question. The tutor's unresponsiveness added to my frustration rather than alleviating it. Overall, the service fell far short of my expectations.
