I was disappointed to find the website unavailable when I needed assistance. It was frustrating not to access order details or get the help I required. While the promise of them returning soon is noted, the lack of immediate support is inconvenient. Communication through email feels outdated, especially in a digital age where timely service is expected. The whole experience left me questioning my choice to shop here.
