I had high hopes for the IZA app, but it has been a disappointing experience. While the features promised convenience, navigating the app was cumbersome and not as intuitive as I expected. The recent news about the Co-Med doctor network shutting down raised concerns about the reliability of their service. Additionally, the wellness features feel like an afterthought rather than a comprehensive offering. Overall, I find the app lacks the functionality and support needed for effective health management.
