I had high hopes for this service given their promises, but my experience was disappointing. While they advertise 24/7 support, the response time was slow, leaving me waiting for help much longer than expected. The technician who eventually arrived seemed rushed and didn't fully resolve my issues. Additionally, the annual fee feels steep for the inconsistent quality of service provided. I found better assistance elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
