My experience with Electro World was disappointing. While they promote a personal and fast service, the reality fell short. The installation of my TV was rushed and poorly executed, leaving me with a messy setup. The promised quick repair service was anything but; it took days for someone to show up. Additionally, the cookie policy felt intrusive, making me uneasy about the data they collect. Despite their claims of expertise, I didn't feel that my needs were prioritized. Overall, I expected more professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction.
