I had high hopes for LawnGuru, but my experience was disappointing. The app promised efficiency, yet my lawn was poorly mowed and the provider was late. Communication was lacking, and customer service was unhelpful when I raised concerns. For the price, I expected better service and reliability. Not recommended.
