I had a frustrating experience with this airline's booking process. The website was cumbersome and repeatedly asked me to log in, preventing any progress. Additionally, the options for adding passengers were unclear and confusing. While they tout luxurious facilities in the terminal, the overall service fell short of expectations. I was hoping for a more seamless experience, but instead, I felt lost in an overly complicated system. Not what I expected.
