I was disappointed with my experience shopping at GARDENA. While their product selection seems extensive, the shipping costs felt steep, especially since free delivery requires spending quite a bit. Additionally, my order took longer than the promised timeframe, and customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for assistance. Overall, I expected more from a brand that claims premium quality—it’s hard to justify the prices with such inadequate service.
