I found CanLaw's referral service disappointing. While marketed as free and easy, the process felt impersonal and tedious. Lawyers contacted me, but their bids varied widely, causing confusion rather than clarity. The site didn't provide much guidance, leaving me uncertain about which lawyer would truly meet my needs. Overall, the experience was less helpful than I had hoped.
