I had high expectations for AmeriGas after hearing about their service, but my experience has been disappointing. The website is cumbersome and not user-friendly, making it frustrating to manage deliveries and pay bills. Customer service is often unresponsive, leaving me feeling neglected. While they promote affordability and efficiency, my costs have been higher than anticipated, and the service quality does not justify it. I’ve since switched to a different provider for better reliability.
