I recently switched to smartmobil.de, lured by their eco-friendly and budget-friendly claims. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The website is overly complicated to navigate, and the customer service can be frustratingly slow to respond. While they advertise sustainable options, the range of refurbished phones is limited, making it hard to find a decent deal. I also encountered connectivity issues that have impacted my daily usage. Overall, smartmobil's promises of convenience and sustainability fell short for me.
