I had high hopes for Umpqua Bank, but their service was disappointing. The online banking experience was clunky, and I encountered numerous issues with account access. It didn’t feel personalized at all. A letdown.

I found Umpqua Bank's services disappointing. While they claim to cater to small businesses, their offerings seem generic and uninspired. Customer support is lacking, and the interface for online banking is confusing. Overall, it's not the solution I hoped for.
