I had high hopes for Minou & Lily, but my experience was disappointing. The shipping delays were frustrating, and it took ages for my order to arrive. While they processed my refund quickly, I expected better communication about the issues. The selection is decent, but I don't think I will order from them again. Overall, not the experience I anticipated.
