I had high hopes for Lena-moda based on their stylish offerings, but my experience was disappointing. The website is visually cluttered, making it hard to navigate their collections. I found the quality of the trench coat I ordered to be subpar, with fabric that felt cheap and poorly constructed. Customer service was another letdown; my inquiry took over 48 hours to receive a response. Overall, I left feeling unimpressed and frustrated. There are far better options out there for fashionable clothing that offer better quality and customer support.
