I recently opened an account at DHB Bank and was left disappointed. While they promote easy online banking, I found their platform clunky and frustrating to navigate. The customer service isn't as responsive as promised; my inquiries went unanswered for days. The promised high interest rates are also competitive but hardly outstanding. Overall, DHB Bank feels more like a gimmick rather than a reliable banking partner. I regret my decision to choose them for my savings.
