I had high hopes for this pet service website, but my experience was disappointing. The layout felt cluttered and overwhelming, making it hard to find what I needed. Delivery options were limited in my area, and the customer service was less than helpful when I reached out for assistance. Moreover, the prices seemed inflated compared to local pet stores. Overall, I expected more from a dedicated pet service, but I won't be returning anytime soon.
