I had high hopes for Piaggio-Parts.nl, but my experience was disappointing. While they offer a good range of Piaggio and Vespa parts, navigating the website was cumbersome and frustrating. The layout feels outdated, and important information is buried under unnecessary content. Customer service was unhelpful when I sought assistance, and the promised shipping times were not met, leaving me waiting longer than expected. Additionally, I found some prices to be misleading, with "discounts" that seemed unjustified. Overall, I can't recommend this site for scooter parts.
