I recently used Reservations Center to book a hotel, and I was quite disappointed. The website, while promising a vast selection, felt overwhelming and lacked user-friendly navigation. I found the search options confusing and struggled to filter my preferences effectively. Additionally, the customer service was not as responsive as advertised; my questions seemed to go unanswered for too long. When I finally booked, the confirmation took longer than expected. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I expected much better given their claims of efficiency and support.
