I had high hopes for this service, but my experience has been disappointing. First, the mail scanning process was slower than expected, often taking days to receive scanned images.While the idea of viewing mail online is convenient, the interface can be clunky and hard to navigate. Customer service response times varied; sometimes they were quick, but other times I felt ignored. Additionally, the fees can add up quickly, making it less cost-effective than anticipated. Overall, it hasn't been a reliable solution for managing my mail while traveling.
