I had a frustrating experience with Easthaven Property Management. While their website promises a friendly and professional service, my interactions fell short of expectations. Communication was often slow, and I felt that my concerns were not prioritized. The property I rented had several maintenance issues that took far too long to resolve, which dampened my living experience. Additionally, the pricing seemed higher compared to similar agencies without the corresponding level of service. I regret choosing Easthaven and would recommend exploring other property management options in Aberdeen.
