I had high expectations for this image and video API platform, but I was ultimately disappointed. The features advertised seemed promising, yet the interface is clunky and unintuitive. Integration was a struggle, with various bugs hindering the workflow. Additionally, customer support was unresponsive when I reached out for help. I expected more for such a widely recommended tool.
