I was disappointed with my experience at this Honda parts store. While they claim to offer genuine parts, my order arrived late and was missing a crucial component. Customer service was unhelpful and didn't seem knowledgeable. Although they boast about fast shipping, my experience was anything but. I expected more from an official parts retailer. Wouldn’t recommend.
