Entercard's promises of simplicity and safety fall flat. Their customer service is unresponsive, and navigating their app can be frustrating. While they boast about using recycled materials, the overall lack of transparency leaves much to be desired. Disappointed.

I had high hopes for Entercard, but I was disappointed. The service felt disorganized, and the customer support was unhelpful. Additionally, their recycling initiative seems more like a marketing ploy than a genuine effort. Wouldn't recommend it.
