The selection and shipping options here are frustratingly limited. The site feels cluttered, making it hard to find what you need. Despite the claims of clever organization, my experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations for quality or usability.

I was excited to give this organization store a try, but I was left disappointed. The shipping rates are quite high for standard delivery, and I found the terms and conditions vague regarding taxes and duties for Canadian shipments, which felt misleading. The products themselves seem overrated, lacking the quality one would expect at those prices. Customer service was unresponsive to my inquiries, leaving me feeling ignored. I appreciate their sustainability efforts, but my experience did not reflect a commitment to customer satisfaction. I won’t be shopping here again.
