I was disappointed with my experience purchasing from Bauknecht. Their products, while innovative, failed to live up to the promises made about performance and energy efficiency. Additionally, customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. I expected more from a brand that touts advanced technology and high standards. Not worth the investment.

I was disappointed with my experience using Bauknecht appliances. The features promised, such as high efficiency and innovative designs, did not deliver in real-life usage. The performance of the dishwasher was underwhelming, often leaving dishes dirty. Additionally, the customer service was lacking; I found it difficult to get timely assistance when needed. Ultimately, I expected more from such a reputed brand and won't be considering them for future home appliances.
