I had high hopes for shopping at Butyjana.co.uk, but my experience was disappointing. The site lacks modern functionality, which made browsing cumbersome. Many items appeared out of stock, and the navigation was confusing. Customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for assistance. Overall, the shopping experience felt outdated, which left me frustrated rather than satisfied.
