I had high hopes for North East Tackle, but my experience fell short. The selection was not as extensive as advertised, and I struggled to find specific items. The customer service felt more dismissive than supportive, which was disappointing. Additionally, the eco-friendly options were limited, contradicting their claims of environmental consciousness. While the local store had potential, the overall atmosphere lacked the community vibe they promised. I probably won't return, given the lack of follow-through on their stated values.

I was disappointed with my experience at North East Tackle. The selection was not as extensive as I expected, and some of the prices felt inflated. Additionally, customer service was lacking; the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. I also found the online shopping experience to be cumbersome. I won't be returning for my fishing gear needs.
