Unreliable service and hidden fees made traveling frustrating.

I recently flew with Dan Air and was quite disappointed. While their advertised prices were low, hidden fees accumulated quickly. The website was glitchy during booking, leading to frustration. Customer service was unhelpful when I tried to make changes to my reservations. The aircraft, although modern, lacked basic comforts. I won’t be flying with them again.
