I had high hopes for IndieMade, but my experience has been disappointing. The pricing is steep for the service provided, and the features are lacking compared to other platforms I've tried. While they claim to offer great tech support, I found their responses slow and unhelpful when I encountered issues. The integration with Etsy is convenient, but the overall functionality feels clunky and underwhelming. I expected more for my investment, and I won’t be continuing with IndieMade.
